What types of projects does Banai Creations handle?
We handle the full spectrum — new construction, interior fit-out, renovation, steel structures, waterproofing, MEP works, custom furniture, and material supply. Residential, commercial, and corporate.
Where do you operate?
Our primary area is Dhaka, but we take on projects across Bangladesh. Contact us with your location and we’ll confirm availability.
Can you manage the entire project or just part of it?
Both. We can take on the full project end-to-end, or we can provide specific services such as interior only, or furniture only. We’ll scope what you need.
Planning & Timeline
How long does it take to get a quote?
After an initial consultation and site visit, we typically provide a detailed proposal within 3–5 business days.
How long do projects usually take?
It depends on scope. A furniture package might be 3–4 weeks. A full apartment renovation is typically 6–12 weeks. A commercial construction project can range from 3 to 12 months. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we start.
Can you work around our existing schedule or business hours?
Yes. For commercial clients, we can schedule disruptive works outside business hours. We’ll agree a working schedule upfront.
Cost & Payment
How does pricing work?
We provide detailed, itemised quotes so you know exactly what you’re paying for. No hidden fees or surprise additions.
What is the payment structure?
Payments are milestone-based. We agree the payment schedule at the start and you pay as each phase is completed. We do not take 100% upfront.
Can you work within a specific budget?
Yes. Share your budget during the consultation and we’ll design a scope that delivers the best outcome within it. We’d rather be honest about what’s achievable than overpromise.
Quality & Materials
What brands do you use for materials?
We use trusted brands including Berger Paints, Asian Paints, RAK Ceramics, and other verified suppliers. We can share the full materials specification with every quote.
Do you provide any warranty on your work?
Yes. We provide a workmanship warranty and remain available post-completion to address any snags. Specific warranty terms are included in your contract.
Can I supply my own materials?
In some cases, yes. Discuss this with us upfront and we’ll advise on what works best. We always want to ensure material quality matches our workmanship standard.
